1. Who we are

2. Using this site
By using this site you agree to these terms. Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, scrape or get around its security, and no downloading, ripping or reusing any audio previews.
3. Purchases and payment
- Nothing is for sale on this site yet. When purchases open, prices will be shown in US dollars and card payments will be handled by a secure checkout provider — this site will never collect or store card information.
- The checkout provider's own terms and privacy policy will apply to any future payment.
- We may change prices or remove products at any time. That won't affect orders you've already paid for (once sales exist).
4. Licenses
When you buy a beat, sample or pack in the future, it will come with a license that sets out what you can do with it. The license provided with that purchase will govern your use. The license summary on this site is a draft overview, not the license itself.
5. Delivery and refunds
Files are delivered digitally. See the Refund & delivery policy. Digital sales are final, except that we'll replace broken, missing or wrong files.
6. Ownership
All beats, sounds, artwork and content on this site belong to MATTER / MTM Records unless stated otherwise. Buying a license doesn't transfer ownership unless a written exclusive agreement says so.
7. Third-party services
This site links to services we don't control, such as Google Drive, Dropbox, SoundCloud, Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube (and a checkout provider when sales open). Their own terms apply when you use them.
8. No warranties
We work to keep the site and files available and working, but the site is provided "as is", and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. When purchases exist, the version on this page at the time of a purchase will apply to that purchase.
