Refund & Delivery Policy
How delivery is planned (future)
- When the store is selling, you would pay securely at checkout (details to be posted).
- You would get a receipt and a thank-you page.
- Files would be delivered through private Google Drive or Dropbox share links from that thank-you page.

Samples & packs
One .zip
Download access is time-limited and for your own use. Please download and back up your files right away, and don't share the links. Exclusive rights are arranged by email, and files are sent directly after the deal is agreed.
Delivery problems
When purchases exist, if downloads don't appear or a link doesn't work, email MTMRecords@gmail.com with the email you used and your receipt number. Right now there are no paid downloads.
Refunds
- Digital sales (when available) are planned to be final. Because files can't be returned once delivered, refunds for change of mind are not planned.
- Broken, missing or wrong files: email us and we'll replace them with the correct files.
- Upgrades: want a higher license tier later? Email us about the difference instead of buying again.
- If a future payment is refunded or disputed, download access and the license for that order would end.
